A job well done I needed a new damp proof course, 2 new air bricks, woodworm treatment & a drain cleaned & repaired. The workmen were efficient, neat & tidy, left no mess. A great experience. I would recommend this company. I had the original survey on the propery way back in July. The company were happy to make a booking for an unspecified date, alowed me to have the discount & refunded the cost of the survey. Great value for money.

All round positive experience The teams were polite, helpful, and efficient at all works involved. We had a significant amount of plaster taken off the walls and the team did all they could to keep the dust down, even putting up a clever improvised air lock in place to protect the kitchen/food prep area. Following payment, the paperwork and guarantees were forwarded almost immediately. I guess having been in this work industry for nearly 40 years they do know their business inside out and we felt we were in safe hands.

Great work! We used Tapco for both a survey on a property y we were intending to purchase and then later to complete works for us when the purchase was completed. We were really pleased with the end result. The people at Tapco couldn't have been more helpful and took numerous phone calls etc from us and came to meet us a few times in order to give advice on the works to be completed. Matt who carried out the work did a fantastic job, was really professional and tidied up following completion. I'd thoroughly recommend.

Do not believe their guarantee Do not believe their guarantee - its a fiction. They completed work on a property I am buying 17 years ago. It has failed (as determined by their own surveyor, that I had to pay for the privalage of inspecting the obviously damp walls), but they refuse to honour the 20 year guarantee because they cant find the original paperwork. I have a copy of the guarantee, but without their copy, they refuse to honour it.

Recent basement survey We recently used Tapco to survey the damp basement of a property we intended to buy. Jason, the surveyor went out of his way to accommodate our time scale, was excellent at community and we found him to be very professional and helpful throughout. His report and information was clear and easy to understand and we would have certainly used them to do the work, had the purchase gone through. The office team were also quick to pick up the telephone and pass on messages .We highly recommend this company and will use them again next time.
