Very happy with the work done After having an issue with damp in a bathroom, Tapco came out and did an initial survey, offered great advice and solutions to fix the problems with cost and customer care in mind. I was kept up to date from the team with what was happening, the work was completed quickly and the team were very polite and tidy with minimal disruption where possible. The team also gave some great advice on how to prevent future issues, if any come up though I know where I'll be going!

Great work! We used Tapco for both a survey on a property y we were intending to purchase and then later to complete works for us when the purchase was completed. We were really pleased with the end result. The people at Tapco couldn't have been more helpful and took numerous phone calls etc from us and came to meet us a few times in order to give advice on the works to be completed. Matt who carried out the work did a fantastic job, was really professional and tidied up following completion. I'd thoroughly recommend.

I used Tapco Homedry to treat some damp… I used Tapco Homedry to treat some damp in my living room and kitchen. From start to finish, the whole team were excellent. The office replied promptly to messages and queries and the surveyor Peter called me back several times to answer my queries. The contractors arrived promptly and they were all polite, friendly and efficient. The floors were protected, dustsheets put up and they tidied up at the end of every day. Catalin is an electrician/plumber/plasterer wrapped into one and worked at great speed and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.

Professional job and very useful survey report I've recently purchased a 115 year old house, and the survey showed a slight issue with damp. I'd seen Tapco's vans around, and the reviews looked good so asked for a survey, the price quoted was good and offered a refund plus a discount if the remedial work was undertaken. The report helped us to get the vendor to reduce the purchase price by the full amount. The two guys sent to carry out the work were brilliant - really keen to do top quality work and wanted me to understand why the issue has occurred and what they were doing about it. Worked very professionally and full clean up afterwards. Top marks!

Tapco and Wayne were absolutely fantastic Tapco were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish the company was professional, responsive and extremely helpful. Wayne did an incredible job at treating the damp in my lower ground floor flat. He was timely, professional and courteous throughout and couldn’t have taken more care. He was a pleasure to deal with and I couldn’t praise him or his work highly enough. I would recommend Wayne and Tapco for any damp job.
