Professional job and very useful survey report I've recently purchased a 115 year old house, and the survey showed a slight issue with damp. I'd seen Tapco's vans around, and the reviews looked good so asked for a survey, the price quoted was good and offered a refund plus a discount if the remedial work was undertaken. The report helped us to get the vendor to reduce the purchase price by the full amount. The two guys sent to carry out the work were brilliant - really keen to do top quality work and wanted me to understand why the issue has occurred and what they were doing about it. Worked very professionally and full clean up afterwards. Top marks!

Recent basement survey We recently used Tapco to survey the damp basement of a property we intended to buy. Jason, the surveyor went out of his way to accommodate our time scale, was excellent at community and we found him to be very professional and helpful throughout. His report and information was clear and easy to understand and we would have certainly used them to do the work, had the purchase gone through. The office team were also quick to pick up the telephone and pass on messages .We highly recommend this company and will use them again next time.

The office replied promptly to messages and queries and the surveyor Peter called me back several times to answer my queries. The contractors arrived promptly and they were all polite, friendly and efficient. The floors were protected, dustsheets put up and they tidied up at the end of every day. Catalin is an electrician/plumber/plasterer wrapped into one and worked at great speed and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.

A special mention for John from TAPCO… A special mention for John from TAPCO who visited my property on 19th November 2018 to damp proof the wall below my front windows. John arrived early each day and left the premises in an immaculate condition. He explained the stages of work to be carried out at the start of the day and finished on time. John should be commended for his high standard of workmanship. His attention to detail was excellent and his commitment to professionalism can only be admired.
