GBFourth Request and Still They Repeatedly Lie In addition to my previous request for a refund (this is my fourth), I am writing to reiterate my request for a full refund of $99 for a charge on my account for a renewed Reverse Health subscription. You keep promising it will be expedited to the grand pooba and it will be handled in a few days. Lies! Each time you have repeated the same story. On August 13, 2023, I subscribed to Reverse Health. However, I encountered difficulties using the platform and canceled my subscription on September 23, 2023. I was surprised to see a charge for a renewed subscription on my account in February 2024. As I previously canceled the service and did not intend to re-enroll, I kindly request a full refund of $99 for this charge. I am available to provide any further details you may require to process this refund. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I am sure I will get their canned response and empty promises that you will refund my money but ONLY if I remove the negative comments first. That will not happen until my money is refunded. I will continue to post until the refund is handled. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY’S PROGRAM!!!! They only thing you will successfully get is headaches.

GBI really like the philosophy I really like the philosophy, the easy to fit in workouts (though I typically go for more intense workouts) and many of the recipes are easy and flavorful. I like a lot of the options. The only irritant is that there’s a little bug where sometimes the meals just don’t log, especially if choosing a different recipe

AUWill not refund your money I joined up excitedly and then realised I don’t actually know what I’m getting. So I cancelled my subscription. Was easy to do but to get the refund forget it 😡. After numerous tennis ball emails to get it I still have yet received it. All they want to do is promise the world. “Lifetime access” to their program bla bla . Any excuse but to refund Updated after a reply was given I actually got 1/2 the refund back just now How pathetic to have to go through all of this stress just for 1/2 the amount paid

CAI would like to track on my computer… I would like to track on my computer not on a phone. No option for that. I would not have paid for the subscription if I had clearly read this limitation. No chance to get a refund. I find it hard to read on a small screen so not really using

CAHorrible experience I signed up in October 2024, I’ve not received any communication from them since November 2023. I cannot log into their app. I honestly thought they were no longer in business until this morning when my PayPal was charged another fee. Now I’m scrambling to find out how I can cancel my subscription.
