GBSame bad experience as others here I had same experience as another customer listed here. I canceled my subscription a year ago, within a month of purchasing it, (by phone, so there is no record, of course) and then was hit with an annual renewal today. And then told it could take up to 6 months before it was "reviewed" and a credit was issued to me -- and my account was FINALLY canceled. Terrible customer service. Sorry I ever did business with them.

However, since I stopped taking the supplement named Waterex from GNC, I have gained five pounds. I know that if I expend more calories than I consume, I will lose weight. Your app is very solid. I bought the extended plan and hope you will make some modifications. I recommend that Reverse Health have a calorie component in your application. In addition, active women want to know how their mobility affects metabolism and their daily balance. Please let us post our activity. The informational videos and articles are educational and motivating. I hope you will inspire me to modify my lifestyle. Thank you. GBI received brilliant customer service… I received brilliant customer service from Kara E, May and Bella. I was caught out with the automated renewal and was offered a full refund, lifetime membership with a 50% refund which I took up. The whole team were responsive and more than fair, a refreshing change. I like the app but would like more vegan options,

AUWill not refund your money I joined up excitedly and then realised I don’t actually know what I’m getting. So I cancelled my subscription. Was easy to do but to get the refund forget it 😡. After numerous tennis ball emails to get it I still have yet received it. All they want to do is promise the world. “Lifetime access” to their program bla bla . Any excuse but to refund Updated after a reply was given I actually got 1/2 the refund back just now How pathetic to have to go through all of this stress just for 1/2 the amount paid
