Feeling much better I had a recent challenge with a back order item. The company responded to my concerns and was able to provide a substitute for the item that was initially ordered. I let this one issue cloud my positive experiences I have had over several years of being a customer. I am so happy that they are still the same company with the same values as the brand I fell in love with years ago.

Shipment incompleted, second half didn’t arrived I ordered two pieces of bikini five weeks ago. After two and half weeks I received only one piece for which I had to pay 25 EUR duty fee as I am from Slovakia, so this one piece didn’t cost me 69 dollars, but almost 100 EUR. Now I am waiting for another piece more than 5 weeks and if it arrives sometime or at least, I will have to pay another duty fee. I would never order from this company, if I knew this before.

As a swimmer who has had an incredibly difficult time with tampons Ruby Love has made it possible for me to continue swimming even on my period without having to take a week off of practice or even missing out on meets!! RubyLove has NoLove for their Customers! Please heed this warning and save yourself a lot of hassle...do not buy anything from RubyLove. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue with this company to no avail. I purchased two swim bottoms from RubyLove based on their sizing chart provided. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (they wouldn't have even fit my teen daughter). In addition, they were cheaply made (each swim bottom cost $69.99). I reached out to the company and asked if I could return them for a refund. They explained that due to sanitary reasons, I could not return them, but could send them back for store credit. They received my return on March 19th. They emailed me confirmation of this return. It is now April 11th and I still have not received store credit despite dozens of emails, voicemails and a plethora of phone calls over the past few weeks to their non-existent customer service. The canned response I received over and over again from "Clarissa" in customer service (who I am convinced is a bot), is that they apologize for the delay and they will "escalate my case to the team that handles store credit". The policy on their website states that store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. It has now been 23 days and I have yet to receive store credit. This company is a complete scam with terrible customer service and I hope this review saves someone else the headache and hassle of ordering from RubyLove.

I am writing for my daughter she Special Needs. I am writing for my daughter she is Special Needs I am a widower and I take care of her I am the Father and Legal Guardian. These pads are good for protecting her, she is in all the Special Olympics activities, she develops swimming, basketball and tracks and she does not stop participating because she is on those special days. She uses the pads day and night and special clothing for swimming. She has been using them for a year and she has never had any problems.
