SKShipment incompleted, second half didn’t arrived I ordered two pieces of bikini five weeks ago. After two and half weeks I received only one piece for which I had to pay 25 EUR duty fee as I am from Slovakia, so this one piece didn’t cost me 69 dollars, but almost 100 EUR. Now I am waiting for another piece more than 5 weeks and if it arrives sometime or at least, I will have to pay another duty fee. I would never order from this company, if I knew this before.

GBRubyLove has NoLove for their Customers! Please heed this warning and save yourself a lot of hassle...do not buy anything from RubyLove. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue with this company to no avail. I purchased two swim bottoms from RubyLove based on their sizing chart provided. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (they wouldn't have even fit my teen daughter). In addition, they were cheaply made (each swim bottom cost $69.99). I reached out to the company and asked if I could return them for a refund. They explained that due to sanitary reasons, I could not return them, but could send them back for store credit. They received my return on March 19th. They emailed me confirmation of this return. It is now April 11th and I still have not received store credit despite dozens of emails, voicemails and a plethora of phone calls over the past few weeks to their non-existent customer service. The canned response I received over and over again from "Clarissa" in customer service (who I am convinced is a bot), is that they apologize for the delay and they will "escalate my case to the team that handles store credit". The policy on their website states that store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. It has now been 23 days and I have yet to receive store credit. This company is a complete scam with terrible customer service and I hope this review saves someone else the headache and hassle of ordering from RubyLove.

GBScammed by this company I ordered a swimsuit in 2022 based on their size recommendation. It was way too small, I returned it and got a credit. I spent the last year and a half contacting them intermittently trying to get a replacement swimsuit. The swimsuit is always “back ordered“ (even though it appears that I could just order it on the website). Customer service no longer even responds. The company owes me $99 but at this point I think they’re a scam. ETA: I have put a few warnings on Social media about this company each time they leave a response saying that they will be in touch and that this will be resolved. After posting this, I did actually get a phone call from a not very nice customer service person recently, and I asked for a refund, but she tried to talk me into accepting a completely different swimsuit that I didn’t want, and when I asked for a refund instead, she basically hung up on me. My recommendation to stay away from this company still stands

MXAnn!!! Ann!! She was wonderful! They lost my order and she did everything within her power to try and get our order here before my daughter goes to camp on June 10!! We are keeping our fingers croosed!! Ann is an asset to your company. I hope you know how hard she works to keeps your customers happy!! GBGreat company with great customer service I never write reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience. I had returned a couple of items for size exchange/replacement, and I had lost my tracking number. Ann at customer service was wonderful and was able to help me navigate my return issue. They are an excellent company with excellent customer service. You can actually call and speak to a real representative, which is hard to find in today’s world. Their products are high-quality, and I will be a return customer in the future. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.
