An issue corrected quickly! I made a large purchase and was sent the wrong items in duplicates that was suppose to be different colors and sizes. However that is not what i received. I contacted them and sent photos. To my surprise they were very quick in responding to my concerns and rectified my concerns very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great company with great customer service I never write reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience. I had returned a couple of items for size exchange/replacement, and I had lost my tracking number. Ann at customer service was wonderful and was able to help me navigate my return issue. They are an excellent company with excellent customer service. You can actually call and speak to a real representative, which is hard to find in today’s world. Their products are high-quality, and I will be a return customer in the future. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

worry free period! these underwear are great for my preteen! they are comfortable, not bulky, and she feels safe from embarrassing leaks when she's playing sports even during 1st-3rd day of monthly cycle that's heavier flow! the prices are good too and frequent sales!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a swimwear bundle for my daughter and paid $46.63 extra for 2-day express shipping so that we could have it before our family vacation. Not only did I not receive my package in 2 days like I paid extra for, but I still have not received it one month later. This is despite several phone calls and multiple emails. 2.5 weeks after placing the order, I received a message saying that what I ordered was on back order and I needed to order a substitute. I emailed several times, called multiple times (always going to voicemail) and left a message saying that I do not want a substitute. I just want my money back. In summary, I paid money, I paid extra for 2-day express shipping, they never shipped it, and they don't even have it in stock, yet my credit card was charged on the day that it was ordered.

As a swimmer who has had an incredibly difficult time with tampons Ruby Love has made it possible for me to continue swimming even on my period without having to take a week off of practice or even missing out on meets!! I have truly benefited :)
