Mr Window has just completed another installation for us, which now includes a new front door, back door, sliding doors and facias.. All completed in a timely professional manner. Only one service call for the front door for a small adjustment all handled very professionally. Kevin the Salesman also gets a nod in the process, all the fitters go about their jobs with no fuss and leave no mess, their Back Office also handle enquiries with no fuss, 5 * rating from us. VERY HAPPY Just had double glazing fitted throughout the house with leaded squares. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the windows. Repair of double glazed door handle and lock… Back double-glazed door handle and lock were failing. We were given a date for visit less than 48 hours ahead. Steve arrived promptly; found the problem; searched the back of his van for parts; found them; repaired faults within the hour. Everything was wiped and swept clean. Steve was charming throughout, and provided excellent advice not just on this door, but on windows and doors more generally. A really good service.

Due to the extreme heat last week a pane of glass in our sky lantern had shattered, in less than an hour from reporting this to Glen we had two Very helpful gentleman at our home. They cleared the shattered glass that was out of reach, helped me move the furniture, made the repair water tight and also measured for a replacement.
