Very professional and highly recommended The service from my initial contact for a price right through to the installation was fantastic. No pressure from them, and couldn’t be more helpful whenever i called with a question. We had the heritage flush windows which look amazing. The fitters arrived on time each day, worked hard from start to finish and were very respectful of our home. They were very professional and I can’t recommend them enough. Any mess was cleared up and all of the rubbish was taken away. The workmanship was of a very high standard. I will definitely use them again.

We were extremely pleased with the quote, the workmanship, window fitter (who was a really nice bloke & great he worked tidily, which is not always the case with some companies) and all staff we came in contact with. Finally got a refund for mis sold product. Whilst the salesman was friendly, he effectively sold us a product we couldn't have. Salesman took our order and deposit (£800) for front door and side panels but later that day he rang to say that what we'd chosen couldn't be made for our order and to choose something else! We didn't want something else and after a much persuasion they agreed to refund us our money - as they should. The refund took over seven days to arrive, and only then after several chasing phone calls.

first class windows we were recommended by a relative,after viewing the work we decided to give Mr windows a call. the estimate which we found suited us so ask for work to be carried out.we were so pleased with the work, that we made another order for our patio doors to be replaced.the professionalism of the fitters was first class

Top team delivering quality service at a great price! I was recommended Mr Window by a friend who had used them and they did not disappoint! Every team member that I came into contact with were so lovely, friendly and helpful and I was never harassed with annoying sales calls. The windows took just two days to install and I could not be more pleased with the way they look. Glyn the fitter was a top guy and was great with explaining what he was doing throughout the whole process. I am really happy with the work and how the windows look and just want to thank the whole team for making the process so easy!
