Replacement of misted glazed unit A professional, friendly service from the start. I needed a misted unit replaced and this work was completed with ease by a very skilled and engaging fitter. Would use this company again without hesitation, very happy with the quality of their service.

Finally got a refund for mis sold product. Whilst the salesman was friendly, he effectively sold us a product we couldn't have. Salesman took our order and deposit (£800) for front door and side panels but later that day he rang to say that what we'd chosen couldn't be made for our order and to choose something else! We didn't want something else and after a much persuasion they agreed to refund us our money - as they should. The refund took over seven days to arrive, and only then after several chasing phone calls.

Excellent service above and beyond Great service received from Mr Window. My nan who's elderly and vulnerable contacted Mr window about her patio doors being unable to lock and felt very insecure in her own home worrying about someone being able to just walk in. Mr window sent out an engineer straight away. The guy who attended was professional, identified the problem causing this and resolved the issues immediately. I would like to thank those at Mr window for their help. The service was great and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Mr window my nan can now relax and feel secure in her home again

Thank you for a speedy repair Thank you for a speedy repair. Due to the extreme heat last week a pane of glass in our sky lantern had shattered, in less than an hour from reporting this to Glen we had two Very helpful gentleman at our home. They cleared the shattered glass that was out of reach, helped me move the furniture, made the repair water tight and also measured for a replacement. Thank you again for your great service and communication.
