From the salesman, surveyor and installer the process was straightforward and professional. The cost of the front door was also very reasonable and I had lots of options to choose from. Repair of double glazed door handle and lock… Back double-glazed door handle and lock were failing. We were given a date for visit less than 48 hours ahead. Steve arrived promptly; found the problem; searched the back of his van for parts; found them; repaired faults within the hour. Everything was wiped and swept clean. Steve was charming throughout, and provided excellent advice not just on this door, but on windows and doors more generally. A really good service.
