If I could give 6 stars I would If I could give 6 stars I would, the team at peplobio were not just helpful, they went above and beyond. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. Covid testing is a nightmare to deal with but peplobio made life as easy, I could recommend a better place to buy you antigen test or any other products they offer. Their basic fit to fly antigen covid test are accepted within the EU as of 08.04.22 and I highly recommend you use peplobio. A very happy customer!!

Late delivery and late results Unfortunately they didn't prepare properly for the Christmas/New Year period. They allowed people to buy tests that wouldn't arrive in time nor could be provided the result in the promised timeframe. It all went good before Christmas with my fit-to-travel lateral flow but my PCR to re-enter the UK arrived on day-3 technically putting myself at fault with government guidance. Then they're getting more than 24 hours since they received my sample to provide the results. In normal circumstances I wouldn't make a big deal of it but with the quarantine rule it's very bad. They shouldn't oversell.

I am experiencing issues with this… I am experiencing issues with this company because they are saying that my sample did not arrive at their lab although the tracking history shows that it is Delivered. I believe I have been scammed and I am in a very difficult situation because I was Covid positive only once! I will not be able to get the NHS recovery certificate. They are messing about with peoples lives and charge for it!

0 stars A requirement to be a private provider on UK Gov is that they must deliver test results within 48 hours. PeploBio does not know the half of this. They are incompetent with horrible customer service. I dont know what type of a business is completely unreachable by phone and takes minimum a day to respond to emails but yet still writes the same generic reply about staff sickness. I understand the impact that covid has on businesses but this company clearly has no contingency plan for such situations. Day 7 and still no results...
