Peplobio amended my order and refunded my first charge immediately with no hassle. The PCR test kit was very easy to use and the online activation was simple to follow. My result came through in just under 12 hours, within their published time frame. The whole experience was extremely efficient.

Delayed 2nd Day Test PCR test results Our 2nd Day Test PCR test sample was delivered Monday 11.50 ( Royalmail delivery status info) but we did not get the results till 01.47 Thursday. Way beyond 24 hours, increasing our isolation time. Tried contacting them on the phone, no one picks up and emails do not get any response. Avoid this company
