GBFast, friendly and efficient… I was very impressed by the efficient and friendly service I received from Customer service. I made a mistake packaging my sample but was able to contact the company who assured me that there was no reason for concern. They were also able to reduce my "pre-flight stress levels" by giving me a helpful estimate of the time I could expect my results. I have nothing but praise for their quick responses to my emails. GBSCAM Company - avoid!!! SCAM Company. Avoid at all costs. We are still waiting for our Day 2 results after having missed an entire week of work. Our tests were successfully delivered by Royal Mail but our test results (promised to arrive on the next day) are still a no show. There has been no communication whatsoever and there is no operational phone line. After the exorbitant price we paid for the tests we would have expected a basic level of effective service. Utterly frustrated.

GBPerformed well, supportive and thorough. After initially submitting a negative age when entering birthdate, they fixed and promptly sent out results. All support was via email which was concerning to begin with but it all worked out, responses were very prompt. Hopefully the backend tracing is rigorous as I never felt my printed forms were required when traveling. This wouldn't be Peplobio's fault but the overall regulation. I'm all for safe travel.

GBOrdered 2 COVID day 2 PCR tests Ordered 2 COVID day 2 PCR tests. On the positive, they did arrive and were sent back to Peplobio without issues. On the negatives: - I arrived on Monday, the tests did not arrive until Tuesday (tests ordered in advance) - tests received in lab on Thursday, no results until _Monday_. Effectively, instead of taking the test on Monday and getting results by Wednesday and ending quarantine on day 2, was forced to spend a week in quarantine.

GBLate delivery and late results Unfortunately they didn't prepare properly for the Christmas/New Year period. They allowed people to buy tests that wouldn't arrive in time nor could be provided the result in the promised timeframe. It all went good before Christmas with my fit-to-travel lateral flow but my PCR to re-enter the UK arrived on day-3 technically putting myself at fault with government guidance. Then they're getting more than 24 hours since they received my sample to provide the results. In normal circumstances I wouldn't make a big deal of it but with the quarantine rule it's very bad. They shouldn't oversell.
