GBFast resolution saved the day My Kit ID wouldn't work, so I contacted Chronomics via the form, not expecting it to be resolved in time for our sailing. However, somebody emailed me within 5 minutes with a resolution. Very impressed.

GBCOVID test great service⦠I had a COVID test kit that had part of the test missing. I expected to have to use a list of options on line which probably wouldn't have had the answer. Contacted the centre by email and almost immediately Sam Hodge came back with the solution. Really great service

GBwaste of time and money Chronomics have made this process rather too awkward and in the end, we booked two on-site tests at the airport. Actually, the test procedure isn't definitive since it isn't actually witnessed. Anybody could use the kit and send it back in your name. All a bit of a waste of time and money really.

GBRegistration errors using the same Email address I made some errors during the registration process using the same Email address for two people. This resulted in me being blocked when trying to register the second person. Eventually I changed my PW and then the computer allowed me to proceed and complete the whole process.
