GBOnline waiting room does not work on Chrome Trying to get into the online waiting room on Chrome was a shambles. Nothing worked! I attempted to resolve via online chat but the service provided was abysmal - unclear instructions and 10 minute wait between responses. Managed to join the waiting room on another browser - from this point onwards, everything worked well.

GBFauty nozzles Test tube nozzles on two of our kits appeared to have no hole, with the result that squeezing the tube trying to produce droplets caused the caps to explode off, spattering the fluid far and wide. Within hours of our flight we had two ruined test kits!

GBRegistration errors using the same Email address I made some errors during the registration process using the same Email address for two people. This resulted in me being blocked when trying to register the second person. Eventually I changed my PW and then the computer allowed me to proceed and complete the whole process.

GBReally Poor Customer Service Processed a refund request on 29th December 2021 in accordance with their instructions and still no response. Acknowledgement said to wait 14-21 days and we are mid March and nothing. No way to contact the organisation. Post script - further to the review on trustpilot Natalie has been in contact and resolved our situation. We are grateful. Thank you.
