Fast resolution saved the day My Kit ID wouldn't work, so I contacted Chronomics via the form, not expecting it to be resolved in time for our sailing. However, somebody emailed me within 5 minutes with a resolution. Very impressed.

Fit to fly tests I bought some tests for a cruise on the 4th. October TUI have decided I don’t need them for travel the month of October from PALMA .I asked CHRONOMICS for a refund as the tests were unopened and I received a reply minutes later say they would look into my request 2 days later I received a refund so WELL DONE for great service very happy customer

A Great company Apart from the cock up with TUI's very poor communications (with just about everyone concerned) regarding when our booking numbers appeared on the 'Chronomics' system, everything went to plan. All Chronomics communications were great, and all testing procedures went very well the day before our cruise. We will definitely use these guys again! :-)
