I already recommend to friends I came to EM three or four months ago after I was diagnosed with an umblical hernia and diastasis recti, even though my last baby was born 4.5 years ago. I like how it's explained how to navigate movement through daily life to keep our core protected from further injury. The workouts are good! I often feel challenged and appropriately sore afterwards, and I'm a fit woman who exercises regularly. I also love yoga, and EM has helped me learn how be safe on the mat as well. I have already recommended EM to friends.

Helpful but way too pricey Great workouts and the exercises and stretches help my back, but sooooo expensive. Especially for how short the workouts are and how sporadicly I can do them as a new mom of twins

Love the program, improve the app and some instructors I generally really like the Every Mother program. I love that the workouts are short but efficient and require minimal setting up. Perfect for moms The app is clunky and not intuitive though. I also find a few other instructors difficult to follow - they either talk too fast or say a lot of instructions that are unclear. Makes it difficult to follow especially if you're doing a workout for the first time. One example is the yoga instructor.

Company steals your money I was stolen from after cancelling a year previous, they still took a yearly subscription charge and wouldn’t refund. Go to the low reviews section and you’ll see the same, a lot of people who were stolen from. I think maybe a lawyer would take it up for a side project to sue these people whose success seems to be built upon stealing.

Committed to the program With DR progressively building the load you put on your core, otherwise you stagnate, or even move backwards. Once I really committed to following both the compressions and the workouts in my path, I progressed quickly, and I’ve been trying to fix my DR since the birth of my first son, 9 years ago! I feel strong, toned, and fully connected to my core.
