GBmixed feelings Pros: Workouts vary, good quality and clearly thought through. There are lots of useful videos about how things work with pelvic floor. core and so on. If you workout consistently you are likely to get more toned muscles and might lose an inch ot two in midsection over initial 84 days. Pelvic floor related symptoms are likely to improve rather noticeably. Cons: Village (basically internal forum) is sluggish and there were technical issues. Admin clearly uses scripts and not always answers the question asked. If you really dig into clinical trial data about efficiency of the program you realize that data quality is not great and 12-week will help, but will not resolve DR unless it's very minimal and you are very lucky. 24 weeks is a maybe. So take "it's never late to close your DR" promise with a large grain of salt. Funny Yoga instructor got me at "blossoming through your anus". I believe you need to practice yoga for a really long time to say something like this with a straight face.

GBExercise Gear Gives me great strategies to target my core without adding any stress to my body. I like the idea of having choices and challenges in workouts. While pilates are a great alternative, I wish they offered alternatives to exercises that required additional exercise gear (bolster, yoga box). I would have liked a heads up that we needed to purchase or find prior to completing challenges. I had to watch and skip or modify exercises my own way.

GBBest Workout Program for Moms I began using the program in January, and I can honestly say it has helped! From learning more about my body and how to take care of it to regaining core strength, overall fitness, and feeling more like myself than I have in years, it's been a wonderful and worthwhile journey. I love the variety of workouts within the program (I'm never bored!), how thoroughly everything is explained, and how odd things become automatic (like getting up properly) over time. As a stay-at-home mom of 3, the workouts are feasible, not overly lengthy, effective, and makes it all so much less overwhelming. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy it all!

GBCommitted to the program With DR progressively building the load you put on your core, otherwise you stagnate, or even move backwards. Once I really committed to following both the compressions and the workouts in my path, I progressed quickly, and I’ve been trying to fix my DR since the birth of my first son, 9 years ago! I feel strong, toned, and fully connected to my core.

GBGreat work out program to improve DR Great work out program to improve DR. So far I've only been using the program for 2 days but I appreciate the clear videos and the easily navigational app. The program is separated by day, so each day has different videos to complete & check off. The work outs so far are just right for any skill level and can be modifiable. The exercise lengths are not too long and the instructors are very likeable. Overall, I highly recommend Every Mother.
