Nice interior doors, crappy service Nice interior doors, crappy service and resolution. I took my detailed list from my installer to order 11 interior doors. The salesman, Dennis, shorted me 2 doors which then set off a cascade of delays with both the installer and painters by weeks. I am now paying more than double the doors to have the painters and installers make multiple trips to get them painted and hung. Donna in Federal Way was pleasant to work with to fix the problem but it was still a HUGE problem. The management couldn't have cared less. I am paying big time for their mistake.

Self checkouts are a violation of… Self checkouts are a violation of multiple federal laws. Forced labor without payment of the minimum wage is illegal on the federal level. Forcing people under the legal working age to be a cashier for home depot is also federally illegal. Anyone accused of stealing from self checkout is innocent because, 1) they are not a trained cashier. 2) mistakes happen for untrained cashiers, 3) forced unpaid slave labor is federally illegal. If there are any attorneys interested in an easy winnable class action please contact me so this madness can end before home Depot forces people to stock its shelves for free

Good experience I have always had very good support and customer service from Home Depot. They are our go to place for home improvement.

VETERANS BEWARE. when you sign up for VA discount, what they really want is your SOCIAL SECURITY number. Why Attempted to sign up for Veterans discount. Pain in the rear end. I was not looking for a charge account as I only use cash. What Home Depot wanted was a copy of my DD form 214. Would not accept my Government issued VA card. What they really wanted was my social security number. Go to Lowe's, all you need there is a valid VA card.

I have a Pro Xtra account with them as… I have known Home Depot for a long time now, I even got me a Pro Xtra account with them as I shop a lot there when I am busy. They have a large variety of materials, from timber, tiles, kitchens and baths to electrical, you name it they have it. Long opening hours, 7 days a week, very helpful staff and good returning policy. Highly recommended!
