Received my merchandise on a timely… Received my merchandise on a timely basis, however when I emailed them with questions prior to ordering I got absolutely no response. Still haven't rec'd a response! I went ahead and took a chance and ordered anyway and merchandise worked.

magnets are very weak for neodymium magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

I order a part for a garage door opener… I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.
