I called Moving Up and they quickly assisted me in getting the proper opener and refunded my money on my original purpose. But the best part of the exchange was the friendly voice I heard on the line who recollected his history in my home state and shared his fond memory with me.

GBGood heavy duty springs Good heavy duty springs. I paid for the upsize Springs for more operation and it takes less spring turns for the tension on the larger springs , which I would liked to had the instructions on how many turns but other than that ,they’re very good springs and had all the parts that I needed thank you.

GBOrder was processed very quickly Order was processed very quickly. Delivery was delayed by UPS but this was during holidays and didn’t bother me. Springs were as ordered, fit perfectly and are working good so far. I will definitely use this supplier again.

GBOrdered 3 Genie Opener extensions Ordered 3 Genie Opener extensions, Paid for 3 and received only 1. UPS delivered package marked 1 of 1. Current I called Moving up 3 times, talked to no one, left message and no reply. I have also sent 3 emails, the only reply I get is this automatic Survey. Mistakes happen, I would not use them because there is "No Reply At All".
