ESthe first installers should have solved and warned to the company and the client of the problems that occurred The first installers were not very communicative but generally correct. When they finished installing the doors I indicated that it seemed to me that there was a lot of separation between them and they did not close properly, but they did not pay much attention to me. That was when the next day I called Glen Whitaker to inform him and he very efficiently and kindly sent me an installer to correct the hinges and adjust the doors to close properly to prevent air from passing through. The problem was corrected, thank you! But after a few hours I realized that there was another problem, the lock did not close with the key... so I called the company again and another installer came back to see the problem. The installer could not solve the problem and a new lock had to be ordered...Finally, after a few days, another installer came with a new lock and the problem was finally solved. In my point of view, the first installers should have solved and warned to the company and the client of the problems that occurred and not making the client responsible for making all the calls, informing the company of each problem every time.
