Excellent service The whole process was great from start to finish. Great communication throughout. A considerate company that were understanding of budget restrictions and gave options to help with these. The installers were very friendly, clean and efficient, they even finished the work ahead of schedule. There were two minor defects that we spotted with the windows after installation, SJB sent an installer round that same day to fix these. Can’t fault their excellent service.

Started off very well but went a bit downhill..... The initial consultation and survey visits were great, very helpful and informative. Communication with the office was also good. But sadly we had a less happy experience with the fitting team. The job over-ran, which was not the end of the world, but I felt the attention to detail on the finish was disappointing. The issues were ultimately resolved, but only after I asked the surveyor to come out and look at the issues himself - he acknowledged that there were a number of things which needed to be rectified. The windows themselves are fine, and I can see that most people have had a happy experience, but I was left feeling a bit a bit flat.

Sash windows for bathroom and bedroom I had two sash windows installed, in a bedroom and the bathroom, and I’m very pleased with the result. Both the windows look great. I’m very happy that I went with the advice of Paul, who suggested having just the bottom window in the bathroom frosted. It was a good idea - there’s a lot more light and it looks lovely. The fitters arrived on time, completed the work well without rushing and cleared up afterwards. All in all an excellent experience, and if I need any more new windows, I will definitely go to SJB again.
