Some of the Windows were missing weep… Pending satisfactory resolution. Some of the Windows were missing weep hole covers/ the latches used to open for cleaning, however they have assured me they will be sending the missing pieces. Windows wont lock after being opened because the top pane slides down slightly. I have been assured that this will stop happening after more use. Will update.

However, the local ABC Supply Co. provided the name of local contractors that came out to the house and did the measurements for us. The next day after ordering we received a phone call to go over every detail of our order. We have also received two follow-up emails from D. Baker confirming the expected delivery date to the local ABC location we chose. So far, they have exceeded our expectations.
