I called WindowEstore and they called the pickup location and fixed the problem immediately. The pickup location had mis-labeled the window. I am impressed on how quickly WindowEstore got this problem solved!

After putting the order, Sandra called me and checked the measurements with me. Five days later I had a confirmation email with a target delivery date. Some of the Windows were missing weep… Pending satisfactory resolution. Some of the Windows were missing weep hole covers/ the latches used to open for cleaning, however they have assured me they will be sending the missing pieces. Windows wont lock after being opened because the top pane slides down slightly. I have been assured that this will stop happening after more use. Will update.
