Some of the Windows were missing weep… Pending satisfactory resolution. Some of the Windows were missing weep hole covers/ the latches used to open for cleaning, however they have assured me they will be sending the missing pieces. Windows wont lock after being opened because the top pane slides down slightly. I have been assured that this will stop happening after more use. Will update.

The window is exactly what we wanted The window is exactly what we wanted. The pickup location did not find our window when it should have been there. I called WindowEstore and they called the pickup location and fixed the problem immediately. The pickup location had mis-labeled the window.
