Very easy to deal with if you come accross any problems with their products and when returning items it is free via a pre paid 48 hour royal mail sticky label. I was really impressed with the professional attitude of the staff in the office and rate them 10/10 also a very easy web site to navigate around and the ordering process is super easy. highly recommend the company for great outdoor footware which i use them for!

Didn’t send item Terrible - ordered some boots for delivery Wednesday - just phoned up Friday morning and they said they have been despatched but there is a backlog due to black Friday! Dpd tracking shows they haven’t sent the item! First and last time customer! Just checked online and they are now out of stock - so presumably they didn’t send mine due to no stock! Oder ref 138652.

Awful company Awful company! Bought a pair of game keeper boots at a cost of £155 and after 8 outings they are falling apart. They blocked Me on social media and ignored my complaints so Having to contact trading standards and my credit company to chase these crooks down 🤬🤬🤬

I recently bought a pair of chieftain boots (£115) from the clearance department and they are comfy straight out of the box, I've only done a few miles in them, so time will tell. The process, contacted customer service Tuesday night about sizing, they emailed back Wednesday morning, I had a think about it and ordered Thursday night and my new boots arrived on Saturday morning with a couple of free gifts too, 2 pairs of merino socks and a water flask/ bottle. Personally I can't fault Grisport, fingers crossed tho' as I said before, time will tell.

A human touch I want to record my thanks for the advice and support of the customer service team. Buying something like shoes online can be difficult but having someone who is both knowledgable and friendly (Gavin, in this case) to talk to makes this a lot easier. Well done Grisport - good products, good prices and a human face / voice.
