GBBought a pair of Kratos walking boots… Bought a pair of Kratos walking boots direct from Grisport in January. I had read good reviews of the style and brand in general. Everything was great at first, waterproof and really comfortable. Then after about 6 weeks of wear they started letting water in. I contacted their Customer Services who recommended a NikWax spray, that didn’t work, so I wax dubbed them. Still no good. Soaking wet feet even through wet grass. Customer Service won’t answer my emails now and didn’t allow the negative review I left on the Grisport site. It’s the old saying buy cheap buy twice and you get what you pay for. I’ll have to now buy a proper pair of boots from another brand. I would not recommend these boots or brand due to the companies failure to respond to complaints.

GB2 months and falling apart. Bought some wide fit boots on the recommendation of my orthopaedic surgeon (recommended grisport) 2 months later the leather is coming away from the soles, not what you'd expect for £120 , grisport will not do anything to rectify this or even acknowledge that itd happened. Terrible customer service.

GBAwful company Awful company! Bought a pair of game keeper boots at a cost of £155 and after 8 outings they are falling apart. They blocked Me on social media and ignored my complaints so Having to contact trading standards and my credit company to chase these crooks down 🤬🤬🤬

GBDon't buy Grisport boots by mail order We bought from Grisport on the basis of a good review in Which Magazine. Owing to a shortage of High St stockists, we bought by mail order. It is probably a mistake ever to buy walking boots by mail order, since it is critical to try them on first. Grisport advertise that their boots need no 'breaking in'. This was far from the truth for my wife and myself: we both suffered badly from chafing around the ankle. We are unable to return them, since only 'unworn' boots are accepted. (How can one know whether the boots fit or not without wearing them?)

GBawful customer service for faulty product awful customer service, I complained about a pair of trekking shoes having the worst grip, having slipped painfully on a wet path ( others wearing regular shoes and trainers had no issue with surface ) they said this was to be expected given the sole. absolute garbage to hear about a supposedly quality walking shoe.. I also tried to leave a less than 5* review for the product on their site, it never got published.
