GBProof that the reviews on their site only show positive ones I posted this one-star review on 31 January 2024 on the Grisport site: "I ordered two pairs of the Trident shoe in size 43 and 44 on 8 January 2024. The 44 were much too large but the 43 were ok. I tested them at length inside my flat and double-checked they fit in various ways according to online guides - thick socks, end of the day, room for a finger down the back etc. All was fine so I wore them outside but when I walked down slopes my big toes were very painful. I've tried a few times with no improvement. This is an issue I've never had with walking shoes before. Grisport wouldn't do a refund once I'd worn them outside, only a discount if I bought a further pair, so now I'm left with unusable shoes. I wouldn't order online again for this reason." I have a screenshot of the 26 reviews of the Trident shoe taken on 7 February 2024. My review isn't there. If my review was showing it would have been about '8 days ago', so placed between the pair of reviews from 2 days ago (John Noton and John Calder), and the older reviews from Anonymous and Neil Quarmby. This proves they are not putting negative reviews on their website, an accusation I've seen elsewhere. It's a shame, because I used Which? as a recommendation to choose them, and they didn't mention their very variable feedback on Trustpilot. I definitely wouldn't use them again, and won't buy walking shoes/boots online.

GBAttempted Boots purchase. I attempted to purchase a pair of boots, on October 28th. They never arrived, and after trying to contact, customer services, finally received a refund today, the 15th of November. They never answered emails, or phone calls, and to top it off, my refund was £2.50 short. They must need the money more than I do. In short i will never use them again, and would advise others to stay well clear of them. Their customer service is non existent.

GBI received a pair of timber brown… I received a pair of timber brown boots. An eyelet on one boot was not aligned to the other and the eyelet fell out. I returned the boots as requested and waited for a replacement pair to arrive…….guess what…the same eyelet on the same boot fell out! I cannot prove that the same boots repaired were sent back to me. I contacted grisport and the said they would pay for the repair. I have been buying their products for 15 years and i have now informed them i wont be buying them again.

MTSo far so good. So far so good. Ordered boots (£110) and accessories and the packing and delivery was good. Together with a nice gift. Sorry to see the negative reviews here. I will revisit trust pilot once I've worn these boots for a while.

GBGrisport = Bad experience I bought a pair of Icarus and Air Walkers in August. For the money there not that good .I only wear now and again and alternate. The laces on the Airwalkers are coming apart and where the heel is narrow in the design I now have Plantar Fasciitis which is very painful. The Icarus shoes do not breath and are painful to wear when they get to hot. Before I bought these no problem. The customer service at Grisport at the time of purchase when handing over money was very good. Now they advised me to buy inserts for the shoes? Your better off buying £20.0 shoes from Decathalon that do a better job. I do not recommend these shoes or company.
