I have purchased from a few vendors… I have purchased from a few vendors with Orangeshine and Lashowroom and haven't had any problems until. I purchased from Nylon. So Orangeshine banded me because of Lashowroom. I sent multiple messages to the vendor that I was over charged for product I didn't receive. They didn't care to reach out to me until my bank acted. I have screenshots of my emails with no response. I thought these two business were legit bit obviously they only care about the vendor and not the consumer being over charge typical. I definitely will be contacting BBB.

I had ordered many times from this… I had ordered many times from this company, but this last time I got ripped off. The orange shine company does not protect you if the company vendor rips you off. You’re on your own. So make sure when you order you look deep at the vendor you choose to order through. Because orange shine will only refer you to them. And then apologize and tell you what the vendor decided the buyer has no rights.
