I thought they would have been closed due to it being after 8pm where I live, nope I was wrong. They were still open and I was able to chat with someone to get my issue resolved. Jerica guided me in the right direction and explained thoroughly what needed to be done so I can complete my purchase. She provided me with the link that I need and stay in the chat with me to make sure that I got everything correct.
