I had ordered many times from this… I had ordered many times from this company, but this last time I got ripped off. The orange shine company does not protect you if the company vendor rips you off. You’re on your own. So make sure when you order you look deep at the vendor you choose to order through. Because orange shine will only refer you to them. And then apologize and tell you what the vendor decided the buyer has no rights.

The Vendors from Hell (Beston Shoes)!!!… This review is 100% about The Orangeshine Hub and Ms Cristina Flores ❤️💥❤️💥❤️💥 My company had a terrible, unprofessional, they didn't care at all experience with one of their vendors but Ms Crist was so Patient, Honest, Hardworking, Very Outgoing on the situation because The Vendor that we ordered from sent three cases of terrible shoes of 18prs. All 18prs. Was defective and the vendor refuse to refund my money. Even with the defective pictures and videos, they would not refund. Orangeshine and Ms Cristina, made the situation easy going, which I didn't see any other way because Orangeshine has always been fair, thanks so much for this!!!

I placed a wrong size order I placed a wrong size order. Two days later I realized my mistake and reached out to see if it could be changed before shipping. Lisbeth was very prompt in responding to my dilemma and was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and get the correct sizes ordered before the wrong order was shipped. I appreciated her promptness and her ability to understand my concern. She made my day!!
