Kettlebell Transformation is a coaching system designed to help guys implement daily healthy behaviors, KB strength training, and lifelong nutrition practices. We are a community of men from around the world who positively support each other while maintaining accountability. Our guys are here to be better for themselves, their families, and their businesses. And they know taking care of their personal health is an integral component of a thriving life.

KT works KT has been wonderful because it got me to do what I’ve been needing to do for years. The program is made for you and all you need to do is show up. My calls with BJH have been awesome. I appreciate his approach to coaching in a personal manner. Grant and Sean are consistently encouraging and it feels good to be doing something hard successfully with other men, in the same boat.

Honestly amazing response to my review I had written this review before with some complaints and got a response from Grant so quick. I mean he was so kind to reach out and actually refunded my money for the past months that I did not know I was being charged for. Even though I had an experience that was a pain he was so fast and helped so quick. This definitely is a business that knows what it’s doing and I hope they crush it in the future to come!

The tool box KT Is there to help provide you with tools to achieve transformation. KT Is not rocket science. It's a common sense discipline solution to help you achieve your goals of fitness and sustain your Results.. The community in KT helps push you to get your workouts in and provide encouragement when you need it. It is a social based program that is a community of cheerleaders that pushes you to be better than you were yesterday.

Great so far! I’m 8 weeks into the program and am enjoying it. I’ve noticed body composition changes in my shoulders, arms and chest already. The nutrition component has been informative and easier to adhere to than I originally thought. I am eager to see what my results will be at the end of the program in another 8 weeks.

6 Weeks into the program Roughly six weeks into the program I have lost weight, gained strength and overall I feel better. Given my level of health and fitness coming in, I feel the custom modifications made have been right on target with what I need to improve my overall fitness. The nutrition side of the program is straight forward and easy to follow. I can honestly say that I have not been hungry at all following the program. The support of the coaches and fellow members is excellent. I was very surprised to receive support, advice, and all around positive encouragement from people I have never met. The only bond being we are all part of group. My coach (Rich) is extremely knowledgeable in fitness, and even easily handled every question my Occupational Therapist wife could throw at him. I was very hesitant in the beginning, but now I feel joining Kettlebell Transformation was one of the best things I could have done to improve my health and fitness.
