The box came in a complete mess The box came in a complete mess. An entire section of components was missing because the box had no structural integrity on one side. We did get replacement parts sent to us once we informed customer service. This is the 4th time we've ordered from your company and the box arrives about to completely disintegrate. I'm not sure if the problem is the boxes you ship it in or the delivery service you use. The item itself is great. Very sturdy and exactly what we needed.

Excellent Customer Service I have ordered from these folks a couple of times now. A few of my items have arrived to me broken (it's the nature of the item) but not only has customer service gotten a replacement to me quickly, they also addressed my packaging concerns when they reshipped.

Perfect Display Options I am an avid crocheted and want to sell my projects but wasn't sure how to display them for online photography. I searched and found the perfect molded forms. The forms are inexpensive but sturdy. I must say I am impressed. I'm sure these will make my items stand out and increase online sales.

Good product and pricing I had a positive experience with this online retailer. The item was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and presented as described. My only issue was the packaging. The table was delivered with damage to the table round. I would like to see more protective packaging to prevent so much damage to items during delivery and the contribution to waste and a tax on the environment. For that reason, I kept the item given the damage will not be visible to others.

I really love your products ~ but… I really love your products ~ but unfortunately your shipping cost is too much for our small business ~ the shipping cost was almost the same as the product I bought !! Sadly, we are in the process of looking for a closer, local supply company for our crafting needs.
