I had no email or call to let me know… I had no email or call to let me know when my cabinet would be delivered first off. Second, when the delivery got here, the driver came into my shop and said that I needed to go out and look at the shipment before he unloaded it because it was in bad shape and I might want to refuse it if I didn't think it was salvagable. I went and looked at it on the truck and it was a mess. Torn plastic, busted boxes on a broken palate, it was awful so I had to refuse the shipment. One thing I can say though, is that I called as soon as I came back in and the rep I spoke with was amazing in getting the order redone and I got a call a little while ago that another shipment was on the way.

The box came in a complete mess The box came in a complete mess. An entire section of components was missing because the box had no structural integrity on one side. We did get replacement parts sent to us once we informed customer service. This is the 4th time we've ordered from your company and the box arrives about to completely disintegrate. I'm not sure if the problem is the boxes you ship it in or the delivery service you use. The item itself is great. Very sturdy and exactly what we needed.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! I received excellent customer service! Ordering was simple, and then I received a special phone call to verify the shipping method (as I had included some potentially conflicting comments about maybe wanting to pick it up). The best was yet to come! We received one damaged piece and when I called to report the damage, the customer service rep expertly handled and was able to send out a replacement the same day!

4.5 stars = thin boxes=holes in boxes=on arrival. THE BOXES ARE THIN & EASY TO DAMAGE, RESULTING IN AN GREATER CHANCE OF LOOSING PARTS. LUCKY ENOUGH THE FED X GUY HAD TO TAPE UP THE BOXES THE BEST HE COULD, STILL LEAVING THE GREATER CHANCE OF LOOSING PARTS , LIKE THE SMALLER PARTS-EXAMPLE: HARDWARE TO ASSEMBLE THE RACK WITH, OR EVEN WORSE ONE OF THE LARGER PARTS. THE PRODUCTS IN THE BOXES IS FIVE STAR PRODUCTS. EXCELLENT PRODUCTS @ THE RIGHT PRICE.

Perfect Display Options I am an avid crocheted and want to sell my projects but wasn't sure how to display them for online photography. I searched and found the perfect molded forms. The forms are inexpensive but sturdy. I must say I am impressed. I'm sure these will make my items stand out and increase online sales.
