Stop what you’re doing and call Caliber! After years of doing a variety of exercises at various gym’s and variable results, I decided to find an online coach. Caliber was highly rated so I decided to reach out to them. I promptly received a follow up email from Caliber to schedule a call to discuss my goals. I spoke with Chris for about 20 minutes reviewing a complete profile of questions that we discussed. It was clear from that call that Caliber was extremely thorough, engaging, professional, friendly, and were there to serve their clients. After our conversation, Chris recommended a coach for me based on our extensive conversation. Shortly thereafter I had a Zoom call with my coach, who went into even further detail with additional questions and he explained the process of Caliber. It’s been three months since I started working with my coach and I couldn’t be happier. My coach is extremely well trained and he can easily translate his expertise to teaching me the App, workouts, theory and data to support what he is teaching. I’ll just say the results are better than I could have imagined and it’s only because of the knowledge and motivation of my coach and me following the steps and asking him lot’s of questions! If you REALLY have goals that you want to achieve and have failed or just couldn’t follow through, you definitely need to reach out to Caliber. You won’t be disappointed!

Working out while on the road I joined Caliber and was matched with my coach Kimberly right at the start of a month long run of travel for work, it seemed overly ambitions at best and maybe slightly doomed but Kimberly was amazing at adapting my workouts for hotel gyms and encouraging me to get the gym, and reminded me to take care of my myself during work travel. I was able to get most of my workouts in while on the road which was a huge win for me.

I want to keep fit as I get older I want to keep fit as I get older. I decided to try Caliber and after two months I can say I am having a great experience with the app and personal training. My trainer is very responsive and put together a plan that works with my schedule and my current fitness level. Will continue for the foreseeable future.

The Best of Both Worlds I travel a lot, so having an in-person trainer was never really an option for me. With Caliber, I get access to a real-life trainer who I can meet with remotely. He tailors my workout plan to meet my goals and helps keep me accountable for my workouts, but I can do them on my own schedule in any location. It really is the best of both worlds. You can tell the developers really put a lot of love and care into the app. It’s got everything you need for your workout, including a visual exercise library, a timer, a weight calculator, progress charts, etc. It also gives you weekly lessons on general fitness topics and a strength score based on several factors, so you can objectively see how you’re improving every week. The app also integrates nicely with other health apps so I can share my nutrition and step counts with my trainer. It’s been a joy to use. Caliber has been essential in helping me reach my fitness goals. So far I’m 6 months in and just getting started!
