GBGreat coaching experience! After looking around for an app to log my workouts, I found Caliber. I started with just logging and then saw that there was a way that you could be connected to a coach to help you meet your goals. Caliber connected me with Nick and we had a call to discuss my goals, current workout schedule, and what kind of equipment I had access to. Within 24 hours he had a workout plan and diet plan ready for me to start immediately. After about a month, Nick saw that I was getting stronger, but wanted to push me even more. He changed up my workouts so that I could continue to get stronger and not get stuck at a plateau. My experience with Nick and Caliber have been great and I would highly recommend connecting with a coach if you need someone to keep you accountable and encourage you along your strength journey.

GBThe app and coaching are awesome! The Caliber app is fantastic! I really wanted to get into the gym but had no plan on what exercises to do or how many reps/sets I should be doing. The app has made this a breeze and with the clips showing the exercises being performed helps me with my form. I opted to get coaching to help with dialing in my exercises and diet so I get the most potential out of the work I put in. My coach Cameron has been instrumental in helping me to set achievable goals, advising me on when it’s appropriate to push to the next level and motivating me to keep pushing. I can’t say enough good things about Caliber and Cameron. The past couple of months have been amazing and I am really starting to see the results of my hard work.

GBWorking out while on the road I joined Caliber and was matched with my coach Kimberly right at the start of a month long run of travel for work, it seemed overly ambitions at best and maybe slightly doomed but Kimberly was amazing at adapting my workouts for hotel gyms and encouraging me to get the gym, and reminded me to take care of my myself during work travel. I was able to get most of my workouts in while on the road which was a huge win for me.

GBgreat app and PT experience I downloaded the Caliber app to provide a little app-based organization and guidance to my workouts. Through Caliber I was paired up with an awesome and very experienced PT, Patrick! He has been providing workouts and nutrition guidance for me for a couple of months at this point and I am on track with the goals I set initially - packing on lean muscle mass. Patrick checks in often and is always amenable to any feedback I provide. The app itself has helpful videos, weekly education and, as mentioned above, is a great interface to work with a PT virtually. A few other features that set it apart are the Strength Score (a way to track progress beyond a scale) and its integration with Cronometer and my Apple Health data. If you're into data and trackable results, you'll be into Caliber.
