GBWorking out while on the road I joined Caliber and was matched with my coach Kimberly right at the start of a month long run of travel for work, it seemed overly ambitions at best and maybe slightly doomed but Kimberly was amazing at adapting my workouts for hotel gyms and encouraging me to get the gym, and reminded me to take care of my myself during work travel. I was able to get most of my workouts in while on the road which was a huge win for me.

GBgreat app and PT experience I downloaded the Caliber app to provide a little app-based organization and guidance to my workouts. Through Caliber I was paired up with an awesome and very experienced PT, Patrick! He has been providing workouts and nutrition guidance for me for a couple of months at this point and I am on track with the goals I set initially - packing on lean muscle mass. Patrick checks in often and is always amenable to any feedback I provide. The app itself has helpful videos, weekly education and, as mentioned above, is a great interface to work with a PT virtually. A few other features that set it apart are the Strength Score (a way to track progress beyond a scale) and its integration with Cronometer and my Apple Health data. If you're into data and trackable results, you'll be into Caliber.

GBStop what you’re doing and call Caliber! After years of doing a variety of exercises at various gym’s and variable results, I decided to find an online coach. Caliber was highly rated so I decided to reach out to them. I promptly received a follow up email from Caliber to schedule a call to discuss my goals. I spoke with Chris for about 20 minutes reviewing a complete profile of questions that we discussed. It was clear from that call that Caliber was extremely thorough, engaging, professional, friendly, and were there to serve their clients. After our conversation, Chris recommended a coach for me based on our extensive conversation. Shortly thereafter I had a Zoom call with my coach, who went into even further detail with additional questions and he explained the process of Caliber. It’s been three months since I started working with my coach and I couldn’t be happier. My coach is extremely well trained and he can easily translate his expertise to teaching me the App, workouts, theory and data to support what he is teaching. I’ll just say the results are better than I could have imagined and it’s only because of the knowledge and motivation of my coach and me following the steps and asking him lot’s of questions! If you REALLY have goals that you want to achieve and have failed or just couldn’t follow through, you definitely need to reach out to Caliber. You won’t be disappointed!

GBThis is what you are looking for! Caliber was the perfect answer for me when I retired and was no longer able to train in person with my long term personal trainer. I was unable to find a one on one trainer in my area so I started looking at Virtual training options. I picked Caliber because it felt like it would have a more personal touch than some of the others I looked at. That is exactly how the actual experience has been and I am so glad I made the right choice. The initial assessment zoom call was a breeze with the interviewer asking a ton of questions about my experience, likes and dislikes in my training, and dietary practices. He then recommended a trainer for me to try based on my input to his questions. I literally could not have picked a more perfect fit than the trainer he wanted to me to work with! My coach is Tazh and during our initial zoom meeting she very quickly figured out what I was after and helped me set some initial goals. Once that call finished she had a nutrition and training plan complete with workouts loaded into the app for me within 2 days. Speaking of the app, it is wonderful! Very user friendly and intuitive, I quickly became comfortable with the navigation and features. Once training began Tazh stayed in close touch with me and made minor adjustments as we got more into some of the heavier compound lifts and she learned my style and tolerance. Caliber is all about lifting heavy and often, and you will absolutely see some body composition changes in short order. I came in as an experienced lifter with a good diet and a fair amount of muscle and I was still able to gain muscle and lose fat within 6 weeks. My initial term will run out in a couple of weeks and I am already working with Caliber on the renewal and continuance of working with Tazh. If you are looking for a virtual option that has personal interaction, flexibility and accountability you won't find a better option than Caliber.

GBThis is a great app This is a great app, allows me to set up the workouts as I like, remembers the weights for each exercise. Bethany has created all the workouts and its easy to swap out an exercise if you cant do the one assigned due to the equipment not being available or what ever reason. Its extremely flexible. Bethany and I have meetings every week and she follows up with any questions I have very quickly. I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend. I initially wanted it to get me back in the habit again and i am progressively lifting heavier week on week. Its been great!
