Shipafreight shipping company is scam… Shipafreight shipping company is scam company. It's being used as conduit for gsn trade SP zoo company to steal money from unspecting would be customers. I tried to call them but the cell phone number on the proforma invoice is fake and its also the same cellphone number on GSN trade SP zoo company proforma invoice..Shipafreight has stolen my money (€1,462.50) purporting that they are going to ship a vehicle to walvesbay port Namibia.upto now I'm pushing for my refund. Beware its scam shipping company

Incompetent - Don't try shipping with SHIPA These people are incompetent. They took our money. Asked for more. Strung us along for more than 2 1/2 months and finally, after dozens of emails (most not answered), they informed us today "we have not been able to secure a booking for some time now due to destination and limited capacity from airlines." DO NOT Try to SHIP with Shipa. You will be disappointed. Your customers will be upset with you and believe that your customer service is unacceptable.

Switch-and-bait outfit - do not trust their quotes Switch-and-bait outfit. Provided them with EXACT dimensions and weight, received quote. Day before pickup they tried to shake me down for an additional 50% freight charge because of the size of the pallet - which they were given correctly to begin with. Their argument: The small print says quotes are just a generalized quote. Why pray do I have to give weight and dims then to obtain a quote? Don't bother. I canceled the booking and requested a refund.

Beware!! Hidden charges EVERYWHERE and there is nothing you can do about it. Beware!!! This company quotes you low, then continuously adds charges throughout the entire process. I was shipping from the UK and somehow ended up with these guys out of India so they must subcontract all of the work (can you say mark-up?). They do not keep you apprized of the status, the shipment was late, I was charged extra for pick-up, extra at customs, they charged me a storage fee upon arrival (even though they never notified me when it arrived). They will not provide a detail for the charges and if you question anything, they will just tack on more charges. This company is HIGHLY UNETHICAL.

the are charged for COD when the… the are charged for COD when the payment was already done online. When i asked them about it they lied saying its for custom clearance. I have ordered mutliple time from the same website and i never had to pay extra when it was other courier companies
