Worst company Worst company. Stay away from them. Do not use ShipaFreight for any type of freight. They will transfer your shipment to small companies without your consent. Then you will have to contact those companies and they are even worst than ShipaFreight. So stay away!

Racist and mass murderer employes Racist and mass murderer employes - Shipa freight are employing people like Ashir Azeem ( Senior product development) who are calling for mass murderes in other countries. He is using company resources and times to write and distribute hateful thoughts and resources on social media platforms

Poor service delivery from these… Poor service delivery from these guys,they have no regards for customer service at all i waited for an order after scheduling and they cancelled on their side without a solid reason and had to wait a few more days for them....one of their drivers USMAN basically told me to get lost

Absolutely horrible service! Absolutely horrible service!! I have waited 2 weeks for a response to a simple question and every time I query it again I am told the exact same thing - the sales team will be in touch ASAP. I have missed a HUGE deadline because of the incompetence of your company and have now lost $1,000's in sales because my stock will not arrive in time. All because no one could be bothered answering one simple question and not one person could go a little bit out of their way to find the answer for me or offer simple assistance. I will never suggest your services to anyone ever again and will go as far as to steer people away from using your services if I am ever asked for a recommendation.

Incompetent - Don't try shipping with SHIPA These people are incompetent. They took our money. Asked for more. Strung us along for more than 2 1/2 months and finally, after dozens of emails (most not answered), they informed us today "we have not been able to secure a booking for some time now due to destination and limited capacity from airlines." DO NOT Try to SHIP with Shipa. You will be disappointed. Your customers will be upset with you and believe that your customer service is unacceptable.
