CAShipafreight has been a nice experience… Shipafreight has been a nice experience for me.As a low experienced business person I surfed the web to find a company with a sensible price and easy to work with. I found Shipafreight. Something that I think is really nice about Shipafreight is that always you have lots of friendly people to answer your questions and help you, the rates are sensible. lots of available services for shipping in small or big scale. Up to now, Shipafreight was nice for me and easy to work with.

AEWorst courier in UAE I ordered in Adidas on 24 July, normally with other couriers the item will be shipped 2days only or max 3 days (I recently received my previous order of July 22 from the same merchant on the 2nd day but with a different courier which is very impressive) but here it will take approximately 15 to 18 days, which is not logical, I wasn't asking to deliver it on another country. The reason they stated was my location is in the remote area so they cannot expedite, while other couriers can get through here even the next day. I would want to change courier that time but the merchant said, the couriers are randomly selected per order. When I decided to have it delivered on a friend's house in Dubai so it will be nearer, yes, my 2 parcels were delivered the next day but the man just left it in front of the door of my friend's apartment without calling or informing, which is the proper thing to do if they are professionals. Really they are the worst courier!

GBWill never use this service again Will never use this service again. Honestly the service from start to finish barring the delivery man was appalling. It's too long to write so I've just used pointers below. I imported from India to the UK via air, i was quoted 10 days it took around 24 days. India 1) Shipafreight increased the fee by a £1000 once they had my goods. 2) Shipafreight held my goods for over two weeks and took an entire week just to send me a payment link. 3) The team on the ground were extremely unorganised and kept asking for details which we had already provided, thus causing further delays. 4) None of the team were pro-active and did not bother to keep me updated on the situation. UK Once the goods arrived in the UK I got a bit more clarity, however on Monday, the day of arrival, the goods were cleared within hours. For 4 days Agility kept telling me it's not been cleared by customs. The agility employee told me to ring them myself and check whats going on. When I rang customs, they said the goods were cleared within hours. I told the agility employee and surprise surprise within minutes his system updated. Honestly, the whole thing was an expensive farce.

KWShipa handled multiple shipments for me… Shipa handled multiple shipments for me (from Italy to Dubai, from the UK to Dubai, and from the US to Dubai). Their service was outstanding. They were completely attentive to all the documentation requirements both at origin and at destination, and were able to make both the delivery and customs clearance seamless. Recommend them highly....

LUThey sell personal data and no proper service either They sell personal data to other players and that will spam your mobile/email like anything. I subscribed for their service and in less than 1 month I keep getting emails from different players in the market about international shipments (I used a dedicated email address to sign in and have not used it anywhere else). Zero trust in the platform.
