We never get a code to open our locker... PC never sends us emails when our packages are ready with the code, meaning we can’t ever open our lockers and retrieve our packages when we know it has been delivered. It is one of the most frustrating things about our apartment complex.

Good concept, terrible execution In theory I can understand how this service would be useful. In practice you end up having your packages held hostage by a glorified locker 4 out of 5 times. I legitimately don't understand how such a simple system can so consistently get jammed. The only "fix" they'll offer is for you to go to your leasing office so your property manager can physically unlock it for you... entirely defeating the purpose for this to exist.

Absolutely Not This thing is terrible. On multiple occasions, my roommates medication has been sent to my locker that she can’t access. My friend in the same complex purposely didn’t sign up for package concierge because of the bad reviews and has had her insulin locked in a random locker anyway that she doesn’t have access to. When she’s tried to contact customer support about it, they’ve been very rude. And sometimes I’ll get a text saying I have a package when I don’t, or I won’t get a text about a package I actually have. This thing is glitchy and very unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend.

It is not the worst but it does need… It is not the worst but it does need improvements. Pro: packages get delivered here and I get notifications and reminders that I have a package via email and phone. Cons: after 4 days you begin to get charged for storage fees. It doesn’t exclude weekends or holidays. So when I go out of town for a weekend or holiday I have to make sure a package aren’t delivered on a Friday or I will get charged $3 per day. I have received ghost packages. I’ll receive notifications that I have a package when I actually don’t and then I am charged after 4 days despite not having a package. Overall I don’t like this service. An expensive thing to have with many improvements needed.

the screen never works the screen never works, its a miracle if you touch it and it actually responds in any way. ive been trying multiple times a day to get a package of mine thats been stuck in there for four days and not once has it actually responded to my touch. the apartment says they cant help me and ive never hated a stupid metal box more.
