WATER LEAK - bad service WATER LEAK at climate controlled facility Storage Post has been really difficult to deal with, they didn't respond to my claim email for 6 months. Offering <10% of the loss. Citing the coverage of the Tenant Elite Protection plan that I was made to sign without being given a chance to review. Sent only after they made an offer and for the exact amount of the offer - funny that. Climate controlled is worthless when the unit floods

Professionalism I think some of the company policies should be more flexible especially for those who are on public assistance. I think that some of the attitudes at Brook ave location in the Bronx could be better. Accommodating those who aren’t working in a manner that doesn’t stress them out or having to deal with management that don’t like their job because maybe it is too much for them. I sure hope the central office views this post.

Waited a long time (20-30 minutes)… Waited a long time (20-30 minutes) outside for the office clerk to show up and open the office to do the paperwork. Elevator was broken, had to go a long route to move stuff to storage place.

Never rent from “public storage”!!!!!! Never rent from public storage!!!!!! Especially the one at 75 and Arapaho in Richardson. Employees hate their job and it shows Manager refused to fix anything after mutable phone calls I would love to post pictures of mold and maggots in my boxes. No light Roof leak ruined my stuff Pot hole outside unit door the size of a small truck Roll up door broken. Best day... when I moved my stuff to “Extra Storage “ wow. A company that actually wants my business. Clean and professional. What was I thinking.

Refreshing to see today! I must say that one guy at the 3325 Atlantic ave Storage Post Abraham Sosa has demonstrated a high proficient repor due to his diligent work ethics! He know before I do what my needs are! Absolutely refreshing in a world of inept people!
