GBManaging staff is very helpful and… Managing staff is very helpful and cordial. The site's grounds and hallways are kept clean & uncluttered. Hope that all units be provided with adequate surrounding lighting, including my unit: D117. I also wish for all areas within the building be made climate controlled in the very near future. GBstorage's mistake After renting the unit and not being able to view or move my property to the unit for a few days due to safety issues in the apartment and exchanging units to a bigger unit I was informed on the phone by a supervisor that my unit was going to be closed because I was not informed that I had to put more money to the down payment on my unit. Although I think I should not be pinalized for the companies mistake I desided to go ahead and pay the difference so that I can be able to view my belongings. before you rent a unit make sure that unit is big enough for your property. Don't pay a dime until your ready to move your stuff in

GBLate fees are outrageous Late fees are outrageous. Find a different place. Once you're late you can no longer pay online. Then 100 bucks is added to the bill. Wot work with you.

GBNever rent from “public storage”!!!!!! Never rent from public storage!!!!!! Especially the one at 75 and Arapaho in Richardson. Employees hate their job and it shows Manager refused to fix anything after mutable phone calls I would love to post pictures of mold and maggots in my boxes. No light Roof leak ruined my stuff Pot hole outside unit door the size of a small truck Roll up door broken. Best day... when I moved my stuff to “Extra Storage “ wow. A company that actually wants my business. Clean and professional. What was I thinking.
