Just getting started, but... We have not actually placed anything into our new storage unit just yet but my review is based on initial impression and our on-boarding process. Our organization was in need of climate-controlled storage in the area and our choices seemed limited. When we toured the newly open Store Space we were VERY impressed. The offices and storage units are all newly renovated and very nice. The office staff was very kind and patient with us as we worked through the options and there were no surprises. We have our keys and our code and are ready to move things in this weekend.

I am another person complaining about… I am another person complaining about not receiving my deposit back. I’ve called numerous times and left voicemails which they don’t answer. When they didn’t answer, they promised me they sent out the check, which was a total lie. Here’s the deal with Store Space – they want their rent within the first two days of each month or they block access to the building. This company also forces you to obtain insurance. What business is that of there’s if I want insurance or not on the contents of my storage unit? Steer clear of this business!

Once Store Space took over for Cube… Once Store Space took over for Cube Smart, the place really went downhill.It is dirty, unkempt, trash everywhere. The worst thing, however, is that whenever I visit(VERY infrequently anymore), I am harassed by management as if I am doing something wrong. Even after this horrible treatment, they raised my rate $20.00. Definitely leaving & contacting their CEO. Huge MISTAKE to rent there!!!!!!🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Will not return Security deposit We moved out of our unit in advance of our lease end date and provided ample notice of termination. The unit was left impeccable. We made numerous requests for refund of the security deposit to no avail. Their collections person Jailyn told me “check in mail” for past 6 weeks. Update: after contacting senior management- check was finally issued.
