SGGot there in the end... Similar to everyone here - I've been using comgateway for the better part of 10 years with zero issues at all. Recently went ahead with getting 2 packages delivered as I normally would have. And as with everyone's experiences here both packages were delivered (with delivery confirmations from respective merchants)... yet no news from comgateway, nothing reflected on the site. Thankfully they eventually came through, just about 3 weeks later than they should've. I'll use them again, but waiting to see if they've truly gotten their house in order from the future reviews here...

SGBeing very frank here Being very frank here. I had been duped by many shippers prior, not comsgateway thankfully. Close to 20 packages went through them without a hitch- they looked after my stuffs, their customer service took my enquiries and requests seriously, and could advise which items not to ship (ask first). Glad they don't assert shipping regulations out of thin air- like other places and rip me off.

SGLong process, but finally successful 2 shipments arrived at the address ( both on different dates in June) . One package appeared on my dashboard after 2 weeks and I shipped it immediately. Another appeared on my dashboard today and I shipped it immediately too .. I did try to contact them through the bot, regular emails and of course there was a total breakdown in communication. But I am giving 4 stars as they still managed to retrieve both packages finally . It was a frustrating process , but they redeemed themselves, finally. For all those waiting for your package, keep emailing them and keep the hope that one day you will receive your package

SGComgateway has been placed UNDER… Comgateway has been placed UNDER JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT. Probably goodbye to my parcels with them.. whihc cost me a few thousand USD... My fault for not checking after having not used them for nearly a year..

AUTerrible - Made to pay twice... Terrible, for the second time recently I went through the CG consolidation process, paid to have all my items shipped (haha) and then get told two days later one item didn't get included (insert excuse by them here) so I then had to pay again.. This time I've closed my account and I'd warn others about them. Oh and when I wrote to them, no care, no real apology so I assume this is just a way for getting revenue up...
