Great Option for Storage I recently downsized and need a space to keep some of our "treasures" that we didn't have room for. I live in an area where all of the major storage companies have multiple facilities as well as some "Mom & Pop" facilities. I shopped them all and iStorage offered a very competitive rate, was very clean, neat and organized and was the most accessible (24/7). It made for an easy decision.

i storage stole my got damn money. . Guy called to verify I call him back let him kno the hot line set me up with the wrong state. .called too get information transferred to Moreno Valley and he told me that he didn't know that I was a customer who paid. .Bottom line is that I didn't use the storage unit and I never received any refund. ..

The credit card for auto-pay expired The credit card for auto-pay expired. The only way to contact the company to give a new card # was by phone. Repeated calls to the store went to voice mail. I did not want to leave the card number for security reasons. Being overseas, with a time difference, I didn't leave a call back #. When I finally connected, it was just a few days past my payment due date. I was charged a late fee. Getting nowhere with the store staff, I submitted a request for credit to Customer Service on their website. My complaints are: 1. No courtesy notice to inform my card was declined (as many other service providers do); 2. No alternative contact method, such as email; 3. No response from Corporate on my online request for credit of the late fee. I don't feel that my business is valued by this company.

Friendly and helpful, even ask how your family is not even knowing them, that's a true compassionate worker who cares about their clients and who enjoys their work.

Very Good Experience Thanks to Jonathan, the manager - our first experience with a storage company has been excellent. He helped make a difficult move of about thirty boxes from San Diego, CA to Seminole, Fl quite easy. Also a subsquent transfer from a large unit to a smaller one went quite well. We should also mention that the UPS store attached to iStorage has always been efficient and given some great advice when we needed help. We wouldn't hesitate to refer others to this facility.
