I had a great experience in the 5… I had a great experience in the 5 months that I rented three units at their Dry Creek Gap store in Knoxville. Tn. (37018). The property manger, Mike Kuffner, did an EXCELLENT job in all aspects of the business for me. I would highly recommend company and especially Mike Kuffner giving them both a 10+ out of 10 !!!

The credit card for auto-pay expired The credit card for auto-pay expired. The only way to contact the company to give a new card # was by phone. Repeated calls to the store went to voice mail. I did not want to leave the card number for security reasons. Being overseas, with a time difference, I didn't leave a call back #. When I finally connected, it was just a few days past my payment due date. I was charged a late fee. Getting nowhere with the store staff, I submitted a request for credit to Customer Service on their website. My complaints are: 1. No courtesy notice to inform my card was declined (as many other service providers do); 2. No alternative contact method, such as email; 3. No response from Corporate on my online request for credit of the late fee. I don't feel that my business is valued by this company.

Recent rental July 2016 I looked for area storage priceing in port Charlotte & punta Gorda the I stotage facility located on gasprilla Rd. was the lowest price in the area and has all the features keyed security gate entrance, concrete driveways throughout covered outdoor parking. The tenant the day of checking in was very patience in getting me the correct size unit in showing me multiple units climate controlled vs. non climate controlled to help me make my decision on the correct size I needed. I was also shown multible out door parking spaces that would fit my trailer I also needed to store. The entire process was very friendly and stress-free I would recommend renting indoor or outdoor storage at this location which is located on gasprilla rd.

Guy called to verify I call him back let him kno the hot line set me up with the wrong state. .called too get information transferred to Moreno Valley and he told me that he didn't know that I was a customer who paid. .Bottom line is that I didn't use the storage unit and I never received any refund. ..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS We rented a unit and it flooded -- either leak in roof or leak of their AC unit. WAter cascaded down back wall and pooled on the floor. We lost thousands of $ worth of furniture. They took no responsibility and told us to 'file a claim with our homeowners insurance". They told us we didn't take out THEIR insurance. There is an unspoken contract that we would pay them for storage and in return would have usage of a secure, DRY unit. TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE
