GBI had a great experience in the 5… I had a great experience in the 5 months that I rented three units at their Dry Creek Gap store in Knoxville. Tn. (37018). The property manger, Mike Kuffner, did an EXCELLENT job in all aspects of the business for me. I would highly recommend company and especially Mike Kuffner giving them both a 10+ out of 10 !!!

GBWORST storage company every Overland Park iStorage on 125th street Overland Park iStorage on 125th street. AVOID AT ALL COSTS We rented a unit and it flooded -- either leak in roof or leak of their AC unit. WAter cascaded down back wall and pooled on the floor. We lost thousands of $ worth of furniture. They took no responsibility and told us to 'file a claim with our homeowners insurance". They told us we didn't take out THEIR insurance. There is an unspoken contract that we would pay them for storage and in return would have usage of a secure, DRY unit. TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE

GBDon’t rent at istorage in Woodbury… Don’t rent at istorage in Woodbury Minnesota. They only have cameras in the front they don’t have cameras were the storage lockers are. If your storage gets broken into the police, will tell you that they will not have any camera footage to show you who broke into your storage.

GBGreat Option for Storage I recently downsized and need a space to keep some of our "treasures" that we didn't have room for. I live in an area where all of the major storage companies have multiple facilities as well as some "Mom & Pop" facilities. I shopped them all and iStorage offered a very competitive rate, was very clean, neat and organized and was the most accessible (24/7). It made for an easy decision.

GBFriendly, helpful staff. Spotless grounds! We had a difficult time finding a storage unit for our vintage car close to our home, and although Istorage, is a little longer distance for us, we are glad we ended up there!! Very friendly, but professional, staff (Jessica) was most helpful. Istorage units are clean, odor free, and their entire grounds are spotless. Great security. Would highly recommend.
