GBThe credit card for auto-pay expired The credit card for auto-pay expired. The only way to contact the company to give a new card # was by phone. Repeated calls to the store went to voice mail. I did not want to leave the card number for security reasons. Being overseas, with a time difference, I didn't leave a call back #. When I finally connected, it was just a few days past my payment due date. I was charged a late fee. Getting nowhere with the store staff, I submitted a request for credit to Customer Service on their website. My complaints are: 1. No courtesy notice to inform my card was declined (as many other service providers do); 2. No alternative contact method, such as email; 3. No response from Corporate on my online request for credit of the late fee. I don't feel that my business is valued by this company.

GBRoofs leaking raised rates at beginning of pandemic and stole my items Roofs leaking ruined my items I complained and they refused to fix it. Now that the roof totally caved in they decided to fix it but all of my items were molded and water damaged by the time I came to get my things. No response from corporate or management. Homeless people live in the storage units and the cameras are broken so no security.

GBWhen you enter the office on Orange st When you enter the office on Orange st. Millville NJ right away you are greeted by friendly workers. Leslie and Renee are wonderful people . Friendly and helpful, even ask how your family is not even knowing them, that's a true compassionate worker who cares about their clients and who enjoys their work.

GBThe location on garth road in baytown… The location on garth road in baytown Texas is rat infested. All my furniture, important papers an personal items are full of rat pee an poop. Spoke to the front desk an they told me they can't do anything about it an if I file a insurance claim on my stuff I need receipts.. where am I suppose to get receipts on all my stuff that I had for more than a year. So paying for insurance on my unit is a waist of money. I wouldn't advise this place to no one unless you don't mind your stuff full of rat pee an poop.

GBCustomer service complaint $$$$$ I've been using this unit for almost 3 years . Never had any problems until istorage bought out the previous owners . They have raised my rent twice in the last 6 months, cut my lock and charged me 45 dollars to do it twice . Then i have to replace it plus other fees without any notice until after they have done this . This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced !!! Would say to stay away form anything to do with them. Unless u like being taken advantage of when you are down on your luck!
