Made a deal to move a car from Georgia… Made a deal to move a car from Georgia to New Jersey. They gave one price asking for more money now . Car still sitting at repair shop . Spoke to Rosa she trying to ask for 700 more at delivery . They promised no xtra costs !! What a joke !!! Don’t use this company!!!

Don't trust them Don't trust them, They change their quotation every time, I received 3 different quotations every time they increase the price. If you wanna contact the customer service Don't dare that!!! they have the best worst customer service, Even the manager doesn't know when they ship your vehicle, whos gonna pick your vehicle. they are consultants only. They shout on customers and forced to sign agreements multiple times, If you don't have time to read Terms, that's it your money gone. Good luck:)

Please do not use this company Please do not use this company. I know someone who has used them with some success in the past but on the recent car they are trying to ship the price quote was $500 and they now will only ship for $700. I was still willing to give them some benefit of the doubt as mabye circumstance such as immediate shipping may affect the price. When receiving my quote, I mentioned the experience of the price increase for my friend and was immediately transferred to a manager. My question was "since I'm trying to book this in advance is the price set or is there a possibility that the driver will arrive and want more than the quote like my friends experience". I was thinking maybe because I was booking far in advance they could get a firm commitment to pick up the car at that price or something. I really don't know the industry so I didn't know if that was how it works or not. I promise that I neither argued, raised my voice, nothing. I maybe said 50 words total. I asked if booking advance would assure the price and mentioned the change in price for my friend and the person on the phone just went off on me. She sent a follow-up text after we got off the phone which I think illustrates the tone on our call. It was completely crazy. Here is the text word for word. "This is New way moving services, this is a shame how you treat people and disrespect me and my manager. I cant believe you know everything about the industry and everything we say you argue with us and making a joke. Same on you that is why we wish you will go with one of those brokers that actually behave the way you say that we do and then maybe you will regret you didnt go with someone reliable." I will reiterate that I didn't joke at all, I didn't argue, I didn't raise my voice, I didn't disrespect anyone just asked if the price might change and mentioned I had other quotes that I was trying compare against. I have maybe left 2 bad reviews in my life but I feel like I need to leave this as a warning for anyone that is thinking of using this company.

I do not recommend this company at all… I do not recommend this company at all they are some scammers, they gave me a timeframe, never undated me with what’s going on with dispatcher, I keep calling everyday, it’s always an excuse, all three lady are rude, making it seems like your being rude when your asking question about your order, Rachael tells me you contacts us through email, I told her you can give me my money back, now it’s a problem….. Horrible service Run!!!!!!
