GBDon't trust them Don't trust them, They change their quotation every time, I received 3 different quotations every time they increase the price. If you wanna contact the customer service Don't dare that!!! they have the best worst customer service, Even the manager doesn't know when they ship your vehicle, whos gonna pick your vehicle. they are consultants only. They shout on customers and forced to sign agreements multiple times, If you don't have time to read Terms, that's it your money gone. Good luck:)

GBAbsolutely professional Absolutely professional. I must've talked to 5 or 6 "brokers" before I found Debra at New Way Moving Services. Their quote was a bit higher than most others but their reviews were good, and even excellent. She spent time on the phone with me, took all my calls and even called me with updates. On the first day of my pickup window she confirmed the carrier and the next day pickup. Then it got even better. Clean Transportation, LLC and its owner/driver, picked up my antique car in SoCal at the exact time she promised and delivered it to the central coast of OR at the exact time she promised. Wow. I recommend Debra at New Way Moving Services without reservation. Pay a bit more and get your car moved without a worry. They exceeded my expectations.

GBI do not recommend this company at all… I do not recommend this company at all they are some scammers, they gave me a timeframe, never undated me with what’s going on with dispatcher, I keep calling everyday, it’s always an excuse, all three lady are rude, making it seems like your being rude when your asking question about your order, Rachael tells me you contacts us through email, I told her you can give me my money back, now it’s a problem….. Horrible service Run!!!!!!

GBBait and Switch scam transporting my… Thanks for responding to my review and digging a deeper hole for yourselves and creating a record for law enforcment. I hope you post the entire transcript of all of my calls over several days with your many different staff members. Please include texts too, which are revealing too. Unlike your continued fraudlent statements, phone transcripts will not include you mentioning to me COVID problems with a driver. However, it will contain you giving several excuses as to why you raised your price at the last minute, including President's Day problems with drivers and the weather in Vermont. Your contract does not allow you to change the contract price at the last minute. In fact, it says the contract can only be changed in writing, which it was not. Besides, the beauty of your bait and switch scheme is that you force the customer to go ahead with the higher price because he/she has no other choice at the last minute when they are moving to another state that same day, making finding another transporter in time impossible. In my case, moving my elderly parents from VT to NC the same day your executed your fraudulent plan to raise your binding contract price at the last second. I encourage readers to view other reviews on this website and places like Google and the Better Business Bureau which documents similar complaints such as mine.
