DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE Broker never confirm price with me. She has no contract or paperwork done with us for $600 that we've been paid. She took $200 from my CC. We've been arguing with drivers about their pay. It's doesn't right. To solve the conflict she offered to take away the vehicle and ask from us twice more on the next day Driver and dispatcher very nice people and they refused to do this. In the end of the end we've paid $400 COD to driver. So they scam us for $200 cause in contract we have $400 total DO NOT USE THEM THEY GONNA CHANGE PRICE

Scammers: Not sure how they even have a 3 star… Not sure how they even have a 3 star rating. This moving company is a scam as the rate they quote you is no where near what the final cost will be. They lost some of the items and when we tried to dispute the lady got nasty and threw F and B words. This company and the lady who runs it is a scammer. Beware and be away.

BEWARE BEWARE. This is the WORST company. They are scammers. They are liars. They made my move the most stressful it could have ever been and have breached every assurance they made. Be aware that the contract you sign with your quoted "estimates" will be a fraction of what you actually pay. I was made to pay nearly double for my vehicle to be shipped, and double for my household belongings. They do not answer the phone or return calls. In fact, they will send you to VM to avoid your calls and not do their basic job duties. My vehicle arrived nearly 2 weeks late. My household belongings arrived several weeks late and everything was damaged or stolen: 2 shattered TVs, my designer bags and other boxes gone, all of my furniture is damaged and broken. Thousands of dollars worth of damage after paying over $5k for a move that this company claimed would be SAFE. The moving company New Way hired was illegitimate. The unloader told me the truck they were using was stolen and not paid for, he told me he hadn't been paid in over a month and was worried, he had no dolly to unload, and was by himself to unload an entire truck (while the moving company scrambled to find another person off CRAIGSLIST to help this poor unpaid worker), and was by himself to unload the truck. Following the delivery of my shattered and broken goods, I have contacted New Way for OVER A MONTH to get help. They have ignored my calls, sent me to VM over and over again, promised they would send me information to file a claim and nothing. I finally got a very rude representative on the phone today who does not know how to allow someone to speak, who ended up claiming I swore at her and she hung up in my face (I didn't swear, apparently the word "should not" suddenly is a swear word). These people are insanely unprofessional. Please stay away so you do not end up out $10k worth of payments and damage for NOTHING, and having to pursue other legal means. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

They are an absolute scam They are an absolute scam! Read the reviews and run! They request cash or check or cash app and make you sign a contratct to be reliable for deposit of $200. Then they falslely say they assigned you a driver so the deposit kicks in and then never pick up your car untill you give up and go with others. They pick the deposit and earn their money thos way. It's a contractual legit place of scam business that needs to be investigated and sbut down. By the way horrible customer service, rude people, and non responsive. Run and do not look back! You'll thank me later.

I would not recommend this company to… I would not recommend this company to ANYONE- I paid my dep they told me if I wanted to change my date I could no extra charge. I scheduled the pickup they told me a driver by the name of Dave would call me to pick up ...after waiting 9 hrs I called as I did not hear back from Dave..they told me he ran into a problem and he would pick up tomorrow and oh by the way its an extra $300.00. After they quoted me 800.00 now they state extra $300.00 as Dave is an independent contractor...they never told me this...I would not recommend this company as they were rude as heck on the phone, lack of communication and then as I am explaining they said they have 10 days to get me a driver but could not guarantee me a drive within those 10 days... this company is the WORSE!!! cancelled and waiting for a refund on my deposit. Do your research and check customer reviews as I did not!!
