Really got the great spot and had great customer service from Brad and Lisa. They treat you like family. Not only professional but also had a sense of humor. Customers like to know they are getting more for their money than just a storage spot, they like to get great customer service.

I have renewed my space for the second year and when I walked in to sign my annual contract they remember me. dyer boulevard kissimmee location dyer boulevard kissimmee location rude ! 2 ladies at the front counter i made a reservation the night before for next day i arrived at 4:45 i told them i had a reservation for 6 x 10 immediately one jumped out, we dont have a 6x10 then i sowed a photo of my reservation she was kind of surprised and said oh but we close at 5pm anyway and not enouph time to do all the work any way . so i said fine i go somewhere else. good business practice!! hope the owner read this.

This is the best place for customer service in storage matters. I have had a unit at this facility for almost 13 years. It has improved greatly over the past years and is ideal today for anyone who needs a storage facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for storage and work area.

Very clean and nice, but one of the most expensive in the area I think the place is nice and clean and I really love the fact that you must have a access code to get into the gate to the storage units, the owner is also very pleasant and nice. I had a promo code applied, but even after the promo code, the rate is almost $30.00 more than the regular advertised price without the promo code. This is one of the more expensive facilities around town and there are others locally that are just as nice and secure for a lot less, but I'm already in this one now so this is where I'll stay, but next time I'll choose somewhere else due to such high costs. I would recommend it with caution- it is nice, clean, secure, but very costly.
